From rejected to approved
What happens after you send me your app. Most of it is checking, before anything is recorded.
-
You add me as an admin
I open your app in the Meta dashboard and read the rejection and every reviewer note.
-
I audit your scopes
I check your app and its login: every permission requested is used, nothing extra, nothing missing.
-
We fix the app
If the reviewer cannot see a permission working, your team gets the exact screens to add. We fix that before anything else.
-
I write the wording
Use-case text for each permission, written to match what the reviewer will see in the video.
-
I record the screencast
Each permission end to end, from login to the result on Facebook or Instagram. Clean, with no captions.
-
Use case, instructions and test logins
Step-by-step app instructions the reviewer can follow, with credentials that work on the first try.
-
Final checks, then submit
Privacy policy, data deletion, app URLs and settings checked. Then I press submit.
-
Approved
Meta usually takes 15 to 20 days. You get the access, plus notes on what to keep stable for the next review.
Rejected, then approved
7 of these apps came to me already rejected. Every one was approved on the next submission I prepared.

Common questions
-
Nobody outside Meta controls a reviewer’s decision, and anyone who says otherwise is selling. What I commit to: an honest read before you pay, and resubmissions for the same permissions until they pass.
-
Preparing the submission takes a few days, depending on how much of the app needs fixing. Meta’s own review then usually takes 15 to 20 days.
-
A developer or admin role on the app, a working test account, and the reviewer notes if you were rejected. I don’t need your source code.
-
Yes. I have my own approved app, so you can work with the permissions through it while your team finishes building. When your app is ready, we submit it for its own review.
-
No. Most of my work starts after a rejection. Repeated rejections usually trace back to one thing the reviewer cannot see, and it is fixable.
-
Facebook Pages and Messenger, Instagram Graph API and Instagram Business Login, WhatsApp Cloud API, Threads API, Marketing API, plus features like Human Agent and Page Public Content Access. The approvals page lists every one with proof.
-
If a flow is missing, I write your developers an exact spec of what the reviewer needs to see. Most fixes are small.
Rejected, or about to submit?
Send me your app and I’ll tell you what the reviewer will look for.
