Lets a human reply to a Messenger or Instagram conversation for up to 7 days after the person’s last message, using the HUMAN_AGENT tag.

- The 24-hour window is never passed, so the tag is not needed.
- The use-case notes describe promotions, which the tag forbids.
What the screencast must show
- Show a conversation older than 24 hours.
- Show a human agent typing a reply in your inbox.
- Show the reply arriving in Messenger or Instagram.
